We are on the lookout for a real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a talented agent who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Team lead generation and sales is a big part of this upside commission opportunity. Responsibilities: • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM• Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research• Find acquisition properties• Develop builder, developer, and contractor network• Investment property lead generation• Investment property lead follow-up• Listing appointments• Investment property buyer and seller sales• Close sales• Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required• A real estate license required• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: MISSION: To build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, lives worth living, experiences worth giving, and legacies worth leaving.
