Data Entry Specialist- Union Dues

Description:
The right Candidate must be an expert user in Microsoft Excel with excellent knowledge of VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLES and have the capacity to create and troubleshoot complex formulas to organize, analyze, and adjust union dues data. Please note: The location of this position is 8257 Dow Circle in Strongsville. There is significant training required for this role. Training will take place at our Akron Office located at 67 South Maple St. in Akron. The length of training will depend on the individual’s ability to grasp and properly perform the job duties and responsibilities required of them. Duties and Responsibilities: Corresponding with employers. Downloading and uploading files for dues processing. Formatting data files for import into the dues system. Answer inquiries pertaining to data files, data needed and dues processing. Maintains accurate records and files. Must be able to retrieve information from records and files upon request. May be required to record information in organizational documents, enter data into simple computer programs, distribute information, and perform simple computations. Qualifications: Typing - minimum speed - 45 words per minute. GED/Diploma. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office- Excel, VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables Ability to learn organization’s software system. Excellent verbal and written communication, listening skills and attention to detail.
