Cascades Holding US Inc. seeks an Continuous Improvement Manager in Pryor, OK, to own the continuous improvement (CI) pillar within the plant and support and track continuous improvement projects to improve processes. Must have an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field and at least five (5) years of management work experience. Of the required experience, must have one (1) year of experience acquired in the pulp and paper manufacturing industry in all of the following; experience in coaching others, experience in manufacturing operations, maintenance and quality; experience with Lean Production System principles and methodologies; and, experience with Capital Expenditures (CAPEX). /.
