Job description We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients in their homes.Responsibilities:- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment- Assist with mobility and transfers - Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare professionalsQualifications:- Experience in senior care or related field is preferred- Ability to lift and move patients with care and compassion- Familiarity with medical documentation and HIPAA regulations- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide patient-centered careWe require a clean background check and drug screening, valid drivers license, your own transportation, the ability to work at least 2 weekend days a month.Join our team and make a difference in the lives of those in need of quality home care.Job Type: Part-timePay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hourExpected hours: 25 – 40 per week Available shifts Waterville 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am Toledo 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7amToledo 8am-noonTemperance 8am-noonLambertville 8am-noonTrenton 10am-6pm
