We are very excited to bring 801 Chophouse to Minneapolis, opening this Fall 2019!**IN HOUSE, SCRATCH DESSERT MENU DEVELOPED BY OUR CHEFS**Pastry Chef Candidate must possess:-Experience in high end, ' la carte pastries and petite fours.-Available to work flexible schedules that include weekends, evenings and holidays-Experienced in working at a fast pace, while maintaining quality standards.-Self-reliant and ability meet production deadlines-Passionate and creative about pastries-Ordering, Inventory, Management-Strong work ethic-Positive "Can Do" attitude-Savory cross over and experience a major plus-Cake decorating and/or bread skills a major plus
