Worldpay powers 2.2 trillion payments annually across 146 countries in over 135 separate currencies with over a million-merchant supported globally.As a senior leader, with 10+ years leadership experience in this field, you'll lead teams across the US, EMEA and APAC regions to provide a best-in-class service to our internal and external client base. This is a senior leadership role, we're looking for an exceptional person to demonstrate that they can lead our diverse and very talented teams, whilst both delivering and transforming our Database and Middleware platforms to provide a modern automated and highly reliable environment.As an experienced leader, you'll bring strong stakeholder management, solid technical background and experience, and customer engagement to work within an Infrastructure as a Service organization that is currently going through a transition to modernize and provide best-in-class technology to Worldpay. Globally Accountable for the Database and Middleware platforms at Worldpay. 10+ Years experience working in a similar sized and regulated environment. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate at different levels. Solid technical background; Oracle, SQL, DB2 (Mainframe) Technical ownership of the service throughout its lifecycleWhat you bring: Leadership: Establish and shape a growing team as it establishes itself in the Worldpay technology hierarchy Change Agent: Foster a culture of agility and risk management to accommodate the changing and adaptive nature of the Worldpay business. Self-starter: assumes responsibility and ownership for successful completion of activities Analytical Background: collates and interprets various inputs to reach a logical and achievable solution. The pay range for this full-time position is $171,910.00 - $288,820.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
