Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a travel Surgical Technologist for a travel job in Delray Beach, Florida.Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Surgical Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/09/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: TravelTRA RN Certified Surgical Tech TRA is Tenet's in-house nationwide contingent pool for Nursing and Allied travel and local contracts. Receive a greater level of Contract security compared to with an outside agency. TRA Certified Surgical Technician s responsible for aseptic technique in OR, setting up the required equipment, instrumentation and sterile supplies as needed for their assigned cases; scrubbing and passing instruments and equipment during surgicalprocedures; pulling cases as needed, breaking down cases at the end of the procedure, sets up operating room and supplies needed for day/following day's schedule. Available for call on an assigned/ scheduled basis as required by unit need. Perform other duties as assigned BENEFITS - Guaranteed hours for Travel Contracts - Preferred Booking Agreement for Local Contracts - Weekly Pay - Holiday Pay - Contract Security compared to a contract with an outside agency Minimum Education Graduate of an Accredited Allied Health Education Program Preferred Education Associates Degree Minimum Experience One year in a Clinical Setting Required Certification/Licensure - Certification as a Surgical Technologist - BLS - American Heart Association Preferred Certification - Certification through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting Our Hire Process - We do qualify our clinicians to meet or exceed the minimum requirements of a travel or local assignment.
