They will demonstrate strong organizational skills, research and analytical expertise, and exceptional communication abilities to navigate efficiently in a paperless environment. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external partners is vital for this role's success.Duties:Provide legal representation to clients in workers' compensation defense matters.Conduct legal research and analysis to support defense strategies.Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Attend hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations as necessary.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience as a workers compensation defense attorney preferred.Proactive and client-focused approach from case assignment to resolution.Strong organizational ability to manage caseload effectively.Research and analytical expertise to develop effective defense strategies.Ability to navigate efficiently in a paperless environment.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Current State Bar License/Member in good standing - California.Skills:Legal research and analysis.Case management.Client communication.Written and verbal advocacy.Negotiation and mediation.Collaboration and relationship-building.
