Summary Full-Time Teacher Assistant/Associate: Employee is responsible for caring for and supervising children aged 6 weeks-12 years old, helping implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, helping with basic cleaning duties, and working collaboratively with colleagues. (30-40 hours per week) Part-Time Assistant Teacher: Employee is responsible for caring for and supervising children age 6 weeks-12 years old, helping implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, helping with basic cleaning duties, and working collaboratively with colleagues. (20-30 hours per week) Duties Job responsibilities will be based on position and will be presented upon hiring. Requirements All applicants must be able to pass a background check. Fundamentals in Early Care and Education or college credits in Early Childhood Education. Nice To Haves Great sense of humor.Energetic Flexible Schedule Benefits Positive work environment where employee safety, growth, and attainment of goals is valued. Sick time is based on average number of hours worked per week. Personal Days- start with 1 and earn up to 3 based on hours worked and length of employment. Vacation time- Earn 2 hours for every 40 hours worked for approximately 2 weeks earned time off per year. 10 Paid Holidays based on average number of hours worked. (After 3-month probationary period) 401k- Begin contributing to your 401k as soon as you would like. Owner begins to match on a percentage scale after 1 year of employment. 50% off childcare costs!
