Description Manager Business Services, Cash Applications Location: This is hybrid position...2-3 days/week on-site presence required. Must reside in Colorado. Department: UCHlth Cash Applications FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $35.74 - $57.19 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Summary: Manages revenue cycle operations to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. Responsibilities: Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll. Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies. Supports special projects and business analysis as requested. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. 3 years of related supervisory experience.
