Do You Want to be a Musical Missionary?We are looking for committed Christian believers that are college educated musicians and artists with a desire and passion to teach music as a mission and ministry. Join a growing team of five or six music educators committed not just to teaching music well (but always that), but also to developing relationships, loving students, and ultimately sharing Christ. Seeking guitar, percussion, voice, and woodwind faculty. Must be trained and able to teach not just the instrument, but excellency in reading, rhythm, and theory as well. Must love Jesus, be a committed follower, and a member of a local church or willing to be a part of our fellowship, which is a church planting mission. Lessons and classes are tuition based and obviously depend on enrollment. Classes generally pay between 60:100 per hour depending on enrollment, they can pay up to 120 an hour. Private lesson rates are standard, 40 per hour and 20 per half hour. Guitar teachers: we will have an opening for a student guitar teacher (17 or 18 with high capability in reading, theory, acoustic, and electric) in the fall of 2017 that could easily take on about 1000 a month teaching classes and lessons as our current student teacher will be leaving to go to college.
