Reservation Management: Manage reservations, ticketing, and documentation for flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and adherence to clients' travel plans. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, offering solutions to ensure a positive and satisfactory resolution. Travel Documentation: Provide assistance with travel documentation and requirements, including passport and visa information, travel insurance, and health and safety guidelines for international travel. Post-Trip Support: Follow up with clients after their travels to gather feedback, address any post-trip issues or concerns, and provide assistance with future travel planning and bookings. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust, loyalty, and repeat business through personalized service and attention to their needs. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional travel services such as travel insurance, airport transfers, tours, and excursions to enhance clients' travel experiences and increase revenue.
