This permanent hybrid role allows you to work flexibly to support referral and backssment for children in the area through a Outstanding Ofsted service. A local authority in South West England is hiring for a full time Referral and backssment Social Worker to help their team through initial backssment through a caseload of up to 20 cases, with an average of 15. Key Duties include: Caseload of children and young people between 0 : 18 years, and their families Visit and interview clients to backss Manage workload independently Report to develop care plans What they can offer you: Various training opportunities : fully funded development plan Hybrid Working What are they looking for?
