Position Summary : The service Technician responsibilities include traveling to customers’ locations, accessing equipment, and performing routine maintenance. The Service Technician will install and test products and provide customers with instructions on the proper usage of the product Essential Duties and Responsibilities : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.Employees must display strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, sensitivity, dependability, oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, work standards and follow-up.
