We are looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for the following: Installing, setting up, and maintaining residential HVAC systems Providing excellent customer service Working with a team of experienced technicians Growing your skills and knowledge in the HVAC industry We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including: $1,500 hiring bonus Enjoy Work-Life Balance with NO ON-CALL We offer competitive pay of $50,000 to $60,000 per year Comprehensive health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and sick leave Overtime and bonus opportunities are available Opportunities for advancement We are looking for a motivated and experienced HVAC Lead Installer who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.
