OverviewIn this role you will assist the Global Team and the Deployment Team in identifying critical Change Requests (CRs) that need attention/approval. You will be responsible for process support to the deployments and governance of these processes within PGT. Additionally, you will partner with the Global Team and support the governance of other PGT critical process documentation (PDDs).What's your role?Accountable for working directly with the Global Team and Deployment Teams to assist in identifying critical CRs that need attention/approval. This individual will facilitate workflow between teams ensuring CRs follow the governance process established. This position will thoroughly understand the lifecycle of a CR and provide ideas for process improvements and automation. In addition, this position will approve CRs while ensuring proper governance is conductedResponsibilitiesRole Responsibilities: * Fully understand all the processes and tools associated with the Change Request lifecycle. * Provide ideas to improve processes, as well as look for opportunities to automate. This will ensure the process is efficient, while ensuring proper governance is adhered to. * Assist in providing input to planning, developing and training of Global business process model standards * Provide reports from CR Manager to ensure key documents are updated, reviewed, approved and uploaded to Solution Manager.
