We show compassion, celebrate differences and treat one another with respect. - Responsibilities Responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the hospitals Sterile Processing functions, including decontamination, assembly, and sterilization. All reprocessing/distribution/pickup, and all hiring, training, and coordination of the work of all Sterile Processing staff. Manage all staff to include scheduling, time approval, hiring and corrective action as needed. The Manager is also responsible for all regulatory agency compliance for in-house sterilization of instruments and equipment. Qualifications Job Requirements: 5 years hospital experience working in the care of instruments, equipment and supplies or similar experience - Associates degree in related field -Preferred Job Requirements: - Bachelors' degree 2 years in a supervisory role Oklahoma license as a Registered Nurse - CNOR and/or CRCST
