The successful candidate will collaborate with the legal team to provide high-quality legal services to clients. They will manage personal injury caseloads, interact with insurance companies, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations. Duties:Collaborate with the legal team to share knowledge and expertise.Provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.Manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process.Interact and negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients.Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication.Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared.Comply with all legal standards and regulations.Demonstrate exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and tech-savvy.Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal relations. Requirements:Active Bar license in Oklahoma.1+ years of civil practice experience. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.Active Bar license in Oklahoma. Skills:Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.).Outstanding communication and interpersonal relations.
