About the role As Global Employer Branding Leader you will be accountable to lead the Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategy and execution to enable BD to attract, hire and retain associates across the globe.The Talent Acquisition team globally hire approx. 12,000 associates a year across sales, marketing, engineering, clinical, functional, and manufacturing roles based across over 70 countries. Operating as a Centre of Excellence within the HR organization, approx. 200 recruiting professionals are responsible for sourcing, attraction, business partnering, candidate management, employer branding and operational efficiency to attract top talent to BD.As a member of the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, you will lead a small but impactful team of Employer Brand Specialists in Social Media, Careers Site, Content Creation and Project Management, based around the globe, with the mission of making BD known as an employer of choice and play a pivotal role in our shift to proactive candidate attraction strategies. Responsible to continually develop and implement our global strategy for employer branding, including global EVP maturity build and execution in key areas. Partnering closely with TA, HR, Business and Functional Leadership, especially Corporate Brand, Marketing and Communications, you'll be a strong influencer with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities with strong organizational change experience, including ongoing socialization of the importance of brand, EVP and the impact on recruitment strategies. Main responsibilities will include: Collaborate across the organization to craft, implement, lead and measure employer brand strategiesPartner with the business to understand key talent objectives, and ensure branding aligns and enables the strategiesEnsure a global to local approach, with branding, messaging and materials that suit a diversity of markets across the globeContinually enhance and implement our global EVP, including executive level stakeholder engagement and socializationPurposefully use recruitment marketing data to tell a story, continually advancing the organizations maturity and showing a clear link back to ROIProactively seek ways to implement and leverage new and impactful recruitment branding technologies and automation to scaleLead multiple external vendor relationships to ensure a strong partnership and delivery for BDMaintenance, and continued advancement of global careers siteDevelop positive working relationships with other key functions to ensure alignment of goals and objectives, coordination, and effective collaboration to deliver employer branding outputsProvides Employer Branding leadership, subject matter expertise and consultative guidance Requirements: A minimum of 6 years' experience in Employer Branding, in large scale global organizations and developing a functionBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProven experience of EVP design and implementation, across a global organizationDemonstrated analytical thinker with the ability to turn challenges into opportunitiesExposure to Medical Devices/Life Sciences is not required, but would be advantageousAbility to develop and lead a long-term Employer Branding strategyDemonstrable experience in organizational change and driving new programsExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills, to work with stakeholders from a diverse set of backgroundsAbility to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong project management abilitiesStrong people leader with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire remote teamsFor certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon the Company's receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
