Responsibilities: • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service• Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base• Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales• Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments• Communicate effectively to ensure successful transactions with all parties of the transactions• Follow up on leads and know-how to direct your marketing efforts• Attend open houses, MLS, and other industry-related events to generate more sales• Follow team processes to ensure smooth transactions Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Possesses a real estate license • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently• Possess a valid Florida Realtor Estate License or be in the process of obtaining one• Have a valid Driver's License• Familiar with real estate trends and local geography• Proficient in using CRM software and other related technologies (or willingness to learn new technology)• Demonstrate strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills• Willing to learn new tools, systems, processes, and technologies• Show a helpful and customer-focused attitude• Remain persistent and resilient when facing difficult situations• Possess the ability to learn, unlearn, and relearn as well as trust in teammates Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000+ at plan commission About Company: Josh has been licensed in Real Estate since 2005 and has been coaching and mentoring new and seasoned agents since 2012 running the Josh Hanoud Team.
