Shift Engineer (M-F 11pm to 7am)

Description:
Montereau is currently seeking a first class limited stationary engineer to work 3pm-11pm. Description: The shift engineer is responsible for the overall maintenance operation of the facility including all mechanical monitoring and preventive maintenance to facility environmental equipment; to include chillers, boilers, air handlers, fan coil units, and life safety systems. Requirements: • 1st Class Operators License with City of Tulsa• 2 yrs. previous experience preferred• Strong mechanical aptitude, and desire to learn operational systems and subsystems • Effective communications, teamwork and customer service skills• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and multi-task• Ability to interact professionally with varied resident-customers and employees• Ability to stand and walk short and long distances for extended periods of time and be able to lift, pull, move and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds; ability to climb ladders• Valid Oklahoma driver's license and satisfactory requirements on a MVR check Job Posted by ApplicantPro
