THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION VIA GALT FOUNDATION. THIS IS NOT A STATE JOB AND DOES NOT HAVE STATE BENEFITS. Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Summary: This position is responsible for tracking and oversight of Harmony reports as they relate to the Service Plan Authorization Unit to include: Late/Expired Service Plans, Requests for additional Case Management Units, Verification & Resolution of Duplicate Online ADvantage Applications for Members already on the ADvantage program, Automatic Denial of service plans not meeting ADvantage program policy requirements and other tasks as assigned. Additional Functions: Identify and communicate, in writing, to provider agencies, incomplete or inaccurate submissions by the creation of service plan conditions. Write and communicate information in a clear, concise, and organized manner. Demonstrate the ability to successfully navigate computer systems within the service plan authorization unit. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Preference may be given to applicants with previous experience with ADvantage Program and/or the Harmony system. NECESSARY CONNECTIVITYMust be able to frequently lift up to 15 lbs for transporting computer.Must have stable and reliable home internet (high-speed and not a hot spot) for telework or will be required to work in office. -- GALT Foundation Position (Not a State of Okla position) 23-AA0014 Powered by JazzHR
