Medical Director - Chico Metro, CA - #7166Medical Director - Chico Metro, CA - #7166Serve as a mentor to staff and provide stability and leadership within a thriving veterinarian hospital in the Chico Metro area as a Medical Director.We are seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, success-minded, client-focused leader with experience in veterinary medicine to fulfill this exciting role and take the practice to a greater level of success!The Role Essential Responsibilities Supporting DVMs to develop an understanding and best practices of how behaviors impact revenue. Provide DVM's one-on-one development supporting quarterly production, reviewing production performance, and coaching for improvement. Evaluate and monitor protocols for daily running/flow of the hospital from intake to discharge. Play a significant part in the decision-making process and implementation of any new initiatives within their hospital.
