You’ll advise clients on tax optimization strategies and help them make smart financial decisions to maximize their long-term savings. Responsibilities: • Utilize the appropriate credits and deductions the client is eligible for• Inform customers about the process for submitting their income tax returns and be clear about the deadlines to ensure clients' taxes are filed on time• Submit tax returns on behalf of the client and communicate with tax authorities• Check each tax form for accuracy and tax compliance• Use the utmost care when handling documents that contain private client information • Serve as a liaison between tax authorities and the client, submitting the final tax forms on their behalf• Handle tax filing in an organized, secure manner to ensure each client's privacy is protected Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Has used standard tax computing software to file returns• Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Excel• Must have a college degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field • Has a valid PTIN from the Internal Revenue Service• Must have a college degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly About Company: We are collaborative, supportive, and fast-paced.
