Job Summary: Hoskinson Contracting is located in Gillette, WY and is a subsidiary of Hoskinson Biotechnology and partners with Hoskinson Health & Wellness. Hoskinson Contracting was established in February, 2023. Our main purpose is to continue to build Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic into a large medical facility to provide one of a kind specialty healthcare to the community. Along with internal construction projects, Hoskinson Contracting has a vision to be a one stop shop for any contracting need. We have high quality resources to provide any type of service to our customers including Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Master Carpentry, Concrete work, etc. Hoskinson Contracting is rapidly growing and with our resources and vision we will one day become a premier contracting firm in Wyoming and surrounding areas. The Project Manager is responsible for understanding the project deliverables and creating timelines for different individuals and groups involved in the project to make sure the project remains on track. They must be familiar with the goals of the project and the responsibilities of all involved parties. They are responsible with overseeing the project from beginning to end, they must have solid analytical skills to estimate cost-effectiveness while resolving issues arising during the project’s lifetime. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Construction Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and workers, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration. Supervises: None Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A Key Role Responsibilities: Project Planning and Development Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimates Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and design requirements are met. Budget Management Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial reporting. Approve expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible. Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Scheduling and Coordination Develop detailed project schedules, including timelines and milestones. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of tasks. Monitor progress and make adjustments to schedules as necessary to address delays and unforeseen issues. Quality Control and Compliance Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards, codes, and regulations. Implement quality control procedures to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance. Client relations and communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status. Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally. Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders. Risk Management Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Respond to and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during the project lifecycle. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Ensure all project closeout documentation is completed and archived appropriately. Other Role Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore). Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Education & Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. In Lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects. Certifications & Professional Affiliations: Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), CCM (Certified Construction Manager), or similar certification is preferred. Successful completion of OSHA 10, within required timeframe (required). Working Environment: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. May require periods of travel. Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs. May be exposed to extreme conditions (hot or cold). Assignment location may include project sites and/or in the office. Frequent activity: Sitting, Viewing Computer Screen. Occasional activity: Standing, Walking, Bending, Climbing, Reaching above Shoulder, Pushing, Pulling.
