The ideal candidate must possess dependability, strong work ethic, and professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will also be a quick learner and have the desire to continue to learn and grow.Requirements:•Minimum of 2 years administrative experience•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook•Detail-oriented, organized and ability to multi-task•Strong written and verbal communication skills•Ability to independently make decisions and solve problems•Maintain confidentiality•High School Diploma•Associate's Degree preferred but not required •Notary for the State of Oklahoma preferred but not requiredDuties:•Answer telephone and direct calls•Schedule various appointments and meetings•Assist with copying, scanning, and faxing•Establish and maintain filing systems•Database management•Other duties as assignedSalary Range: $36,000 to $45,000 depending on experienceOffice Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. recblid x81y4k4df5lxs0hxxn2furqt6x2j2v
