Media Planning DirectorOur business is growing and we're looking for a Media Planning Director to grow with us. Littlefield Agency is an integrated marketing agency with a fast-paced, creative environment, a collaborative team and contemporary culture.The Media Planning Director role includes overseeing the management of media strategy/planning on key accounts, with responsibility for maintaining the relationship with the client and account teams. This person will manage outsourced media buying services and actively participate as a leader in the development and management of the media team, including driving key initiatives that serve our clients and agency as a whole. Experience in the casual/fast-casual dining industry is a major advantage.What We're Looking For:•Demonstrates the ability to think beyond paid media solutions for connection planning with our clients' key audiences •Recommends new ways to highlight and merchandise the media discipline internationally and externally •Work closely with our analytic discipline to show cause and effect with our creative and media campaigns•Understands all phases of the clients' marketing goals/objectives by participating as an active member on momentum teams associated with key accounts •Participates and/or oversees development and execution of media plans including preparation of media budgets, reviewing contracts and proposals, make-good management, scheduling media, post-buy reports, online•Keeps abreast of current trends and the latest technological advances•Mentors direct reports and guides their growth and development in media expertise•Participates in new business development and presentations•Leads or collaborates in the development and management of team initiatives, including training programs, resource management or the development of new service offerings•Prepares and presents media plans, as needed, including objectives, strategy, rationale, and all backup materials •Provides direction to team members for key accounts •Collaborates across disciplines and serves as Communication Strategy lead, when applicable on key accountsEducation/Experience:•Demonstrates the ability to think beyond paid media solutions for connection planning with our clients' key audiences •10+ years media experience•Team builder with experience in management of others•Extensive knowledge of marketing, media planning, buying and research•Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal relationships•Excellent communication skills, both written and oral•Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills•Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalent business experience preferredLittlefield Agency Culture:•Maintain high level of proficiency in all required techniques, technologies and software applications•Organize and maintain project files in accordance with established file structure, and common art files for assigned account(s) to ensure information is current and easily accessible•Manage multiple projects and priorities and proactively communicate relevant project information/status to appropriate staff and resolve conflicts through constructive interaction with team members. •Follow agency procedures and accurately record time on a daily basis to achieve the desired level of productivity•Establish and maintain objective professional partnerships with all agency contacts, and foster positive relationships and collaboration between departments through day-to-day interaction recblid cduubm26bbxhpv1yum44qamm92b07o
