PTO hours with increase PTO hours based on tenure Paid H olidays Work Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - May vary by season Primary Job Function: To provide an unmatched client experience to internal and external clients over the phone and in person. Assist in effectively directing calls to the appropriate individual and/or department while minimizing hold times. Schedule appointments and work orders through inbound and outbound calls while also supporting administrative requirements of the Service and Installation Departments. Required Qualifications: • High school Diploma or GED • 5+ years of proven client service experience • Professional phone etiquette • Basic Microsoft Office skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task • High level of attention to detail, organization, and task follow-thru • Prioritize and manage time effectively • Display positive energy and attitude • Handle difficult situations professionally
