Montereau is currently seeking a full time first class limited stationary engineer to work Wednesday - Sunday from 7am-3pm. Description: The Shift Engineer is primarily responsible for m onitoring and operating the building automation system, central plant, and fire system and responding to any emergencies in a manner consistent with the Montereau mission, vision and values Requirements: 1st Class Limited Operators License with the City of Tulsa High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, boilers, refrigerators, freezers and HVAC Basic computer skills to utilize the electronic work order system via iPod or computer Excellent verbal communication skills in order to provide quality customer service and handle difficult situations Proficiency in operating an alarm monitoring system, fire panel and SARA system Solid problem solving skills and decision making skills Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of quality customer management and service Ability to effectively interact with a diverse leadership team, staff, residents, and third party associates, including vendors, providers, and visitors Strong mechanical aptitude, and desire to learn operational systems and subsystems An extensive amount of standing, walking, kneeling, bending at the waist, and reaching above the head and shoulders Ability to occasionally crouch and crawl in confined spaces and routinely climb ladders and stairs Ability to routinely lift and push up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Frequent use of ordinary communication, including normal levels of hearing and vision, including both near and far seeing, color discrimination, field of vision, and depth perception Valid Oklahoma driver's license and satisfactory results on a MVR check Job Posted by ApplicantPro
