Looking for a mature Office/Accounting Assistant with at least 10 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Human Resources. Must be able to multi-task and be organized. It is a fast paced office. Duties will also include answering phones and providing customer service. Needs advanced knowledge of Excel including creating formulas and maintaining already established spreadsheets.
