As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs within the school setting. As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs within the school setting. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced teaching staff to create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere that enables every student to reach their full potential. Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support students in accessing the curriculum, adapting materials as needed. Contribute to the overall well-being and social development of students with special educational needs. Maintain accurate records of student progress and report any concerns to the relevant staff. Support with behaviour managment Qualifications and Skills: Relevant experience working with students with special educational needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
